Suggest Remedy For Lumps Due To Heat

I used a sunbed yesterday for 4 minutes (im not a regular user) and have a dark brown freckle/mole (not raised) on my right thigh, since ive been on the bed it has become raised and itchy and i also have what looks like a heat lump next to it ....is this ok?

Thanks for your question on HCM.
By your history and description, you are mostly having heat burns of skin.
It is due to inflammation in skin caused by excess heat application.
This is normal tissue reaction.
You need to do following things.
1. Wear only cotton clothes.
2. Avoid friction in that part.
3. Apply calamine lotion and antihistamine cream.
4. Start anti inflammatory drugs.
5. Avoid too much moisture and keep proper hygiene of that part.
You will mostly improve in 1 week.
If not improving in 1 week then consult dermatologist.
