a couple of weeks ago I had a .steroid injection in my spine . about a week and a half later I experienced a heated feeling in both hips, next day the fold in my pelvic area.. on each side stared to itch. it became raw and inflamed; I ve never chafed in that area. I put all kinds of creams on it even cornstarch, it dried in somewhat, but still itches. I told my Spine doc about it. he said it didn t sound serious. but it won t go away. I felt like I may have gotten a reaction to iodine or something. I am 69yrs old and no sexually active what can this be?
