Suggest Remedy For Indigestion, Regurgitating Food,constipation And Burning Sensation In Throat.

Hi every night I get indegestian and I keep burping food up and it burns my throut and my stomach has gone big and I m constipated and wene I go my poo has a orange jelly around it it s like my food doesn t go down and that s why I m in pain and it burns wene I m sick

I have gone thru your query and found , your problem may be outcome of weak immunity due to your faulty food habits and derailed life style accumulating toxins in your system .

That may be the reason of feeling of indigestion, regurgitating food,constipation and burning sensation in throat.

Dehydration,over medication , muscle mass, fried , fast foods , fats, salt , caffeine ,alcohol ,smoking ,weight gain , all can damage digestion system and cause regurgitating food,constipation and burning sensation in throat and so on ------.
Avoiding them will be wise step to be healthy .

It is important to stay properly hydrated for elimination of toxins from your body .
Balanced diet, including essential nutrients fiber ,and antioxidants like juice of amla , aloe vera , fresh juicy fruit & veges ,lemon juice and a 1/2 spoon of turmeric powder with a cup of cow's hot milk at bed time helps to enhance minimum required energy level .
To detox and strengthen your body & mind , minimum physical activity - walk ,yoga -,Kapalbhati , Agnisar ,pashchimottanasan Bhujjangasan Vajjarasan , Mandookasan , Makkarasan, Shavasan , Pranayam - deep breathing , Anulom Vilom , Omkaar Naad are helpful , if done under a trained guide , all help strengthen the inner vital parts of our body and promote digestion system .
1. Always check, before starting your food , your left or right nose is clear & active , is known as Swar .. If we activate the right swar while taking food, it helps to digest it easily the problem of gas, constipation vanishes .
2. Early morning practise Kunjjal empty stomach - Drink 5-6 glasses of warm salty water .retain for 30 - 40 seconds , rotate your tummy through Agnisaar pranayam .Vomit and force vomit the water to detox your system
