Suggest Remedy For Heavy Flow And Excessive Pain During Menstrual Cycle

Hi! M last menstruation was on the 12th December, today am seeing spots. this has been going for years with heavy flow excessive pain during my cycle. I was told I have fibroids, I did a surgery and got them removed. since then the heavy flow of bleeding and pain remains the same. I went back and did an ultra sound but there was no more fibroids. what could have been the reasons for the pain and irregular cycle?

Hello
i had gone through your question and i can understand your concern

irregular and heavy periods warrants detailed evaluation this could be due to any of following
Hormonal imbalance
endometriosis
DUB (dysfunctional uterine bleeding)
PID or STI

I see such patients in my clinic; after clinical assessment I would advise them for a battery of tests like blood profile urine culture hormonal and nutritional assessment

in my opinion you should consult a gynaecologist for examination and above men investigations

thanks for your question
wishing you a speedy recovery
