Suggest Remedy For Fluctuating Temperature In An Infant

My daughter is 1 and for the last two days she has been having a fever that ranges from 102-103, she has even developed a fever blister above her lip, today she does not want to eat and barely is drinking, her fever is 102.3 right now do I need to seek emergency care?
