Hello
Thanks for query.
You have undergone surgery of Total Cystectomy for cancer of the bladder and since then facing problem of ED.
During surgery of Radical Cystectomy there is injury to the neurovascular bundle that is involved in process of Erection .

Recovery depends upon the extent of injury it may take one year.In case there is complete damage of this bundle it is unlikely that you will get your ability to get erection.

You can try pelvic floor exercises (Kegel Exercises ) with Vitamin B12 once daily to help nerve regeneration.
