General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
you are having sores in the mouth since 6 months. They appear to be due to the bad hygiene of the mouth, teeth, resistant bacteria in the mouth, deficiency of B complex or malignancy.
I advise you to consult an E.N.T. surgeon for diagnosis and treatment.
You may need to have culture and sensitivity of the saliva, for diagnosis.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
