Suggest Remedy For Dizziness

Wednes day morning I woke up feeling very dizzy, so much so that I had a very hard time walking. Dizziness is worse when I look down or roll over while laying on my side. I also get a very severe headache on the left side and will get a cold sweat that covers my whole body and nausea that makes me feel like I'm about to vomit. Since Wednesday my dizziness has gotten a little better but I have been constantly sick to my stomach and unable to eat more than a few bites. Had high fever and chills last night and severe pain in my lower back on right side and right hip down to my knee. I am 27, type 2 Diabetic, taking 2000mg Metformin daily and I weigh 210. Not pregnant, ears looked ok. Dr said it was allergies and my nurse said could be allergies or hormones.

Thank you for asking!
You need a little work up like vestibular functions assessment, and a consult to a neurologist for sorting out central and peripheral causes of vertigo. SOme examinations and maneuvers need to be done too.
Meanwhile some antivert and betahistines would make the symptoms poof.
Take care
