Suggest Remedy For Digestion Problem

I have been diagnosed as gluten sensitive, not celiac. I ate food containing gluten over the weekend and have a flare going on. There is undigested food in my stool. I used to have this quite frequently. Is it part of a gluten sensitivity, or even celiac?

Hi dear thanks for contacting HCM.

Noted you have history of GI problem after eating gluten diet.So here you could have malabsorption syndrome related to celiac disease. For its diagnosis biopsy done or enzyme estimation done like antiendomysial antibody like investigation.

If you have it then Avoid gluten reach diet wheat, rye , etc...
Meanwhile take more fruits with green leafy vegetables.Fatty food taken less.
More water taken..
Avoid stress and smoking...
Get your stool examination also..
