Suggest Remedy For Difficulty In Ejaculation During Intercourse
I am recently married. Have been trying Sex with my wife however even though i get erection, when I penetrate her and we try for some time, I am not able to complete it. We try and enjoy healthy oral sex. My foreskin is little tight but I keep pulling it back and keep washing it everyday while taking a bath. We have tried many positions but everytime we try for a very long time but are not able to ejaculate inside and finally have to do it by hand.
Dear service user, Thank you for writing to Healthcaremagic. I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Let me tell you that ejaculation of semen in men and vaginal contractions in female are not essential to experience orgasm (climax). When orgasm does ultimately occur, but it is delayed beyond one’s idealized expectations which are within normal limits, called delayed orgasmic response. This may be in your case. I recommend discussing with your partner what really turns you on. Let her explore your body and new erogenous zones that arouse you. Sex is a way to reach the sensual objective (the pleasure of touch and being touched) when achieved, it gives satisfaction. Satisfaction is important irrespective of 'steps to be accomplished'. I hope I addressed your question. Wish you good health.
