Suggest Remedy For Difficulty In Breathing In 50 Year Old

My father,aged about 50 years , of 77 kg. weight & 5 5 height,has breathing problem which mostly felt during night.He very often feels difficulty in breathing. I have consulted with many general physician but with no results.What shall I do now, Plz suggest me.

Thanks for posting your query.

Breathing difficulty could be due to problems in lungs or heart or kidney or Anemia. He needs evaluation for the cause of breathing difficulty.

I advise you to get Complete hemogram, Serum creatinine, Chest x ray , Pulmonary function test , 2D Echo and revert back to me .

Also does he has any additional problems like chest pain or cough or throat irritation.

Kindly revert back to me with reports and details asked .
