my friend is suffering from dns (deviated nose spetum) for last 16 years but for last 4-5 years this problem has increased so much that sometimes it becomes very difficult to breathe and i have to take steam at that time and nozal drops named otrivin please suggest me what to do i am very afraid of surgery
