Suggest Remedy For Cramping In Testicles After Urination

I been getting a cramp feeling in my testicles after I pee. It feels like a muscle cramp and I get it sometimes when jump off of structures when I land on my feet. It hurts for a few seconds then it goes away. Im 20 years old and I usually experience it once a month or so. And its been doing it for couple of years now

Dear I read your query and reviewed it in context to your query facts.
I understood your health concerns and feel Concerned about them.

Based on the facts of your query, you seem to suffer from-
Urethritis with Subacute Epididymo-Orhitis with Chronic Subacute Prostatitis.Accompanied other causes ?as Varicocele needs to be ruled out.
Pain with cramps in teses is due to the irritation of Testicular nerves,while peeing with accompanied urethritis.

Remedy-
USG and Color doppler with
LCr- testing of Urine or Prostatic massaged fluid, to confirm STD with Chlamydia/ Gonorrhea,which seems to be harboring from last unprotected sex-contact.
Treat with Course of Ciplox with NSAIDs x 14 days would resolve this issue.
Urgently Consult Urologist for further care.
