Suggest Remedy For Cough, Runny Nose And Vomiting With Mucus

Hi Doctor, My daughter is of 18 months age. Weight 11.2 kg. She is suffering since 2 months. History is such: On 10th July : She had runny nose with mucus coming out. I gave her sinarest and gave her homoepathy and situation got controlled. On 30th July: She was restless and did vomiting in the night and then from very next day she started cough and then high fever(uptu 103F).Fever lasted for about 5 days.But cough and runny nose took time to heel. I gave her zifi, crophen,Cheston-cs,Ibugesic.Her cough got subsided on 9th of Aug. And she was fine. On 13th Aug: She got up in the morning with bad cough and by evening she got 100 fever. I gave her Augmentin, Alex. She was perfect in 3 days. On 28th Aug: She was restless in the evening and then had vomitimg in the night.Next day She started doing cough. In the evening she had high fever(103).Then fever lasted for 5 days till 2nd Sep. Still she has cough,runny nose and lot of mucus.Yesterday she had vomiting of mucus with slight food intake which she had.Right now she is taking Asthalin Nebulizer, Augmentin, Ambrolite.Yesrterday her cough was fine. Today morning she got up with cough again. I gave her nebulizer. Please advice.

Hi, your child has continous cough for last 1 month and also you have to give nebulisation many times. In my opinion, an urgent X ray chest should be done and crp, cbc should be done. I think that your child might need admission so you should do all investigations and X ray immediately. I hope this has helped you. Wishing your child good health. Take care.
