Suggest Remedy For Colorless Vaginal Discharge And Pus Filled Pimples Around Vagina

I have 2 issues. First, I seem to always have odorless colorless vaginal discharge. It seems to irritate me and my hair follicles. It makes me itchy and and sometimes I have painless little puss filled pimples....not blisters or anything. My vulvular skin gets thin and it peels. It also spreads to my anus. Second, I get brazillion waxes and after my vulva is not irritated all, the discharge even seems less; until my hair begins to grow back and the same issues begin again. My question is, do you think Its my discharge or a skin/follicle irritation or both..? Please help.

Hello.
Thank you for contacting HCM.

You seem to be suffering from Vaginitis. If I was your treating physician I would perform a vaginal swab culture and urine culture first of all to reach the confirm diagnosis and its type.....it may be either of three ( bacterial, fungal or trichomoniasis).
then my treatment plan would be according to the culture reports.
Most common is vaginal candidiasis (fungal) and for that I would suggest an oral course of tab. Fluconazole once daily or vaginal clotrimazole cream.
I would strongly recommend that you consult a gynecologist for this problem as this medicine can have side effects and the dosage has to be monitored carefully.
As for your peeling skin and follicle problem in the genital area this also appears like tinea cruris ( fungal infection ) and for that I would suggest a topical antifungal to be applied locally twice daily for two weeks.

Meanwhile take extra care of hygiene of genital area, wear cotton undergarments and frequents changing of tampons.

I hope this answers your query. Please feel free to contact HCM again if you have any concerns.
Wishing you good health.

Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concern. your wax may be irritating your vulval skin and causing pimples after being infected due to discharge. get your discharge treated with flucon 150 mg and secnidazole 2 gm single dose. apply betadine cream to the pimples.
