HI

Thanks for posting your query.

There are many cause of rash, like Infections , parasites , allergy and skin diseases.

Among these a raised white blood cell count is usually seen in Infections . But infections usually will be associated with Fever.

So I need to know whether your child has fever or had fever recently?

---- Did he had any medications before the appearence of rash?

--- Did he had any usual food before the appearence of rash?

Kindly let me know these details. Also kindly upload the picture of rash so that I can give you a better advise.

Will be looking forward for your reply.

Regards.
