Suggest Remedy For Bumps In Ear

I have had a bump just inside of my ear, near the canal for a few months. I can feel that it is different than the other ear. I scratched it the other day after exercising and it has hurt ever since. Is it something that I need a doctor to look at? Also, would you recommend an ear doctor or a dermatologist?

ENT Specialist 's  Response
hello

yes, you will need to meet your ear doctor ( ent ) as the lump may be a bony swelling like osteoma and will need to be evaluated properly. Please dont delay and meet your doctor soon.

Thanks
