Well my boyfriend and I were going to wait to lose our virginity, but I wanted to experiment with a marker and I m on my period. The marker is about an inch wide.. He s upset with me and believes that I popped my cherry And that I m not virgin anymore.. How can I tell?
Intact hymen is no more considered a sign of virginity now a days. Hymen can get ruptured due to many non-sexual actions like sitting astride, riding on two-wheelers, horse riding, climbing on trees, athletics etc. In this era, almost every girl is exposed to one or some of these activities and hence their hymen may be already ruptured before first sexual experience. Your boyfriend should understand this.
However, since you are keen on getting your ruptured hymen repaired, it can be done by plastic surgery. Please contact Gynaecologist or Plastic surgeon for such surgery. However, I feel it would be an unnecessary venture.
I hope I have convinced you.
Best wishes,
Dr. Nishikant Shrotri
