Hi nikki,

It seems that you may be having vesicular disease of palm called pompholyx. It is a short of allergy. There may be small vesicular eruptions on palms which may be itchy. There may be some cause in the form of allergen. It may be water, soap, detergent, housedust, housedust mite, pollen, clothes, grass or some other. You consult dermatologist for firm diagnosis. It is a relapsing condition. Antihistaminics and short course of steroids in tappering dose would be helpful. Apply mild steroid with antibiotic cream. Avoid contact with suspected allergen. I hope you got my answer.

Thanks.
