HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

The bad taste in the mouth may be due to acid reflux which can also cause nausea and altered breath. It would not contribute to your fatigue however.

This is treated with lifestyle changes and medication.

Lifestyle changes include : (1) use small frequent meals
(2) reduce the use of spicy/fatty/acidic foods
(3)reduce the use of foods associated with bloating which may contribute to bowel sounds- cabbage, broccoli, turnips, beans, cauliflower

Medications such as pepcid, protonix, nexium, prilosec, prevacid may also be helpful.

In terms of the fatigue, you may need to be assessed by your doctor. He or she may ask about sleep patterns and may also consider blood tests to rule out anemia

I hope this helps
