I M 50 YRS OLD LADY WITH 76 KG. I HAVE THYROID AND JOINTS PAIN AND PAIN IN RIGHT SIDE OF MY WAIST IN BACK PORTION. MY TUMMY IS VERY FATTY. I M A WORKING LADY AND HAVE NOT TIME FOR ANY EXERCISE. HOW SHOULD I REDUCE MY FAT FROM MY WHOLE BODY AND ALSO FROM MY TUMMY.

I am so sorry to hear about the worries you have with your body weight and all the symptoms you have reported. Low thyroid is responsible for weight gain if not well controlled. This might be the reason with you. I will suggest that your doctor reviews your treatment and makes sure that the drugs are working good. Also, making time for exercise and eating healthy are great additions. You should be able to make time for this should you really want to see significant change.
