Suggest Remedies For Sharp Lower Abdominal Pain

I have intermittent pain in my lower left side of front abdomen, next to my pelvis, where my fallopian tubes would be. I m 58 and otherwise in good health. Pain started an hour ago and is sharp and no position increases it or decreases it. Appendicitis?

Colitis can be the cause , stool examination. Get an ultrasound done to rule out salphingitis as well.........tc care
