My 13 year old daughter has a pulling feeling just below tummy button. She has had this on and off for a while lasting half hour or so. Since Sunday it has come back and stayed the feeling is getting worse and has spread up to her chest.
please help

Ultrasonography or a CT scan can help to get the following possibilities:
Abdominal lymph node mass
Internal hernia
Intestinal obstruction ; all these to name a few.
The treatment will depend upon the findings.
If the investigations are normal , Psychological disturbance is a possibility.
