Suggest Remedies For Painful Stomach Cramps Post Alcohol Intake

Hi I was wondering if you can help me please. I was on a detox diet and I had alcohol 2 days ago the next day I had severe stomach pains including stooling and vomiting. Feeling so weak. And even though I m no longer stooling or vomiting. I still have severe stomach cramps and they re very uncomfortable. Please help I m really In pain.

You can have here acute gastritis according to history...

If you have regular alcohol history than it can occur...

Here you can take Rabez DSR for two week to relief from it...
Rabeprazole will relieve acidity and help in healing..
Domperidone in this combination will prevent vomitting...
Avoid alcohol intake...

Cooked oat meal help in stomach soothing..
If fever present and bacterial infection suspected antibiotic course can be taken...

Avoid excess tea, coffee, non veg food, smoking etc.

Advise : consult physician for examination and further work up ...If needed USG abdomen done
