Suggest Remedies For Loss Of Appetite

I have lost my appetite .. I sometimes actually don't eat for a day, I realize I'm hungry when I feel pains in my stomach and I think that is the acid. I am not depressed and I have had bad eating habits before. When I was 10 I used to eat only TV dinners. I gained a lot of weight then I got sick of them. I threw up a lot and couldn't eat for a while because that was all the food we had. Today, I can have all the food I want. I am 16.
