i have got PCO syndrome, which i came to know 4 months back, my height is 5 ft 3inc, my weight was 64, now reduced to 58 kg, i eat healthy food, everyday i do 1 hour yoga and cycling, but my periodic cycle is still not regular.i have started getting some kind of patches on my back, i have treatment of endocrinologist please suggest me something
