Suggest Remedies For Irregular Menstrual Bleeding When Diagnosed With PCOS

My daughter aged 27 years is suffering from irregular periods @ 2-3 months. She has been found PCOS. Doctors prescribed her Krimson-35, but she complaints that she feels nauseating when on medication and does not want to take the pill. Please suggest me alternative medicine.

Hello dear I understand your concern
PCOS is very complex diseases and cuase hormonal imbalance, insulin resistance.
So main aim is to regularise the period.
You can use Birth control pill starting from the period.
Progesterone pill at the end of period days for 5-6 days to induce the period
Metformin also used to induce the ovulation and to decrease the insulin resistance.
So ask doctor for birth control pills, progesterone pill and metformin
Above treatment can be used for 4-6 months for better results.
Do regular exercise and reduce 10-12% body weight if you are obese.
avoid stress, take small frequent meal rather than large meal.
Drink plenty of water and eat more fruits.
Hope this may help you

Best regards
