Suggest Remedies For Increasing Stamina &reducing Body Fat

Hello Dr,
I am a football player and i was not in game from last one year due to which i have developed belly weight and my stamina also got reduced.Now i want to take JACK3D but i am concern because i am a migraine patient. Please suggest what to do so that i got my stamina back and can reduce my belly fat.

I am Dr BirmaRam Hudda
weight can be reduced very easily with dietary restrictions and regular physical exercises
in my opinion you should avoid medicines to reduce weight except multivitamin and good protein supplements
avoid fatty fried and junk food
Complete abstinence of alcohol and smoking
Don't skip meals have small and frequent feeding
Lots of water and fruit juices
regular exercise 30 to 45 minutes brisk walking or jogging and aerobics
Yoga will definitely help you to shed off extra kilos
