Hi, I am writing on behalf of my 3year old daughter who had black scar marks on the folds of her elbow. She is about 95cm tall and 18kg in weight. She has no concern in medical history. But let me briefly enlighten you by how this scar develops. It started with eczema itchiness to the folds of her elbow and the itch got worse therefore it swells up into small round marks. I applied vaseline and the skin has healed up but now it leaves that dark spots which does not look good at all. can I please get a advice on what to do about the eyesoring marks and more remedies about eczema, please
