Suggest Remedies For A Hole On My Left Mucosal Layer After A Septoplasty

Hallo. I had septoplasty operation two weeks ago. Everything went fine. It s the first time that I breathe like that. There s one complication though. There is a hole (30mm diameter) on my left mucosal layer deep inside. Only on theleft layer. The right one is ok. Is this going to heal? What are the risks of a permanent perforation? I use Bepanthol cream. Is there anything else I can do?? Thanks

Hello,

As you explain the history and the hole I think it should be healed by itself during the time. You should do nothing only take care to be healthy.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Jnikolla,
Pulmonologist
