Suggest Remedies For ALT Level Being 94

My Alt is 94, still waiting for my Hepatitis Test results. I dnt drink alcohol at all. I dnt now what it is causing. I am only 24 and weight 90 KG. I will be seeing my Gp later this week, but i am stressing so much. Tell me what food i can take and which not. Also i started exercise can i still do that ?

I can understand your concern.
High level of ALT is suggestive of some problems with the liver or gall bladder.
You need to do some more lab investigations like liver function tests, abdominal ultrasound scan to rule out the above conditions.
Meanwhile avoid smoking and alcohol (if you are habitual), avoid fatty and spicy foods, take small meals, increase the intake of fruits and vegetables, drink plenty of water, and do regular exercise to reduce your body weight.
