Hi I am having soar throat and dry cough . can anyone please suggest me what precautions I need to take care and medication that would help in reducing this. I am feeling some roughness at my throat. I am currently in US does the cold atmospheric conditions may cause the persistence of this symptom

Hello.Welcome to HCM forum.Take AZITHROMYCIN 500 mg once daily for three days,take CETRIZINE tab.once daily in night for 5 to 7 days and steam inhalation two times a day.Thanks and good luck.
