Suggest Possible Medication For Heart Problem

Hi,my mother is 93 years old she has been asked to take metpure xl 25,nikoran 5 and alzil 5 at night and nikoran 5 in the morning plus clopitab 75 after lunch. She never had a heart attack but her recent ECG showed heart problem. Please advice. Since starting these meds she has been having hard time sleeping and scary dreams. Sandhyadphadke E mail YYYY@YYYY

I really appreciate your concern, you have not mentioned the reading of EKG this was important here, looking to age of her some changes may be likely in her EKG and this is nothing to worry, in my opinion she need to continue the medicines that is going on, hope this information helps, take care.
