Confirmation of pregnancy with an urine or blood test is essential to decide further management.
On confirming pregnancy,you will require antiprogestin drug and Prostaglandin analogues like misoprostol 48 hours later to terminate pregnancy.
Abdominal cramps ,vaginal bleeding,Nausea,vomiting and diarrhoea will occur in the following 24 to 48 hours to cause complete abortion.
