Hello Honey, I just calculated your BMI based on your weight and height and it comes upto 24.4(Normal-18.5-24.9). So you are on a higher end of normal. You should try not to increase your weight and at at the same time not try very hard to lose weight as your BMI looks good. However, as you mentioned your daily activities and your daily intake, I think you are doing good. All you should try is walking atleast 45 mins a day or jogging for half an hr a day. Yoga is a very relaxing and stress relieving exercise and you should continue doing it. Try organizing your daily workout such a way that you get to do cardio exercises atleast 4 times a week. Your diet should have lots of vegetables and fruits but at the same time, do not include those vegetable or fruits which has more sugar in it, like, bananas or mangoes. Rather have fruits and vegetables which are more fibrous, like green leafy vegetabls, apples, oranges. However dont skip meals, rather try eating every 2 hours,a small portion of meal than having 3 proper meals. And yes, you should avoid late night dinners, as the rte of metabolism is low in the night time. Avoid soda, fried snacks, chocolates or pastries. If possible, avoid sugar intake. And you can start with green tea which is high in anti-oxidants. U can even have Oat meal which is very good as it is high in fibers. Avoid Carbohydrates, and increase your protein intake. At the end, positive approach to a healthy life is a key to success. Wish you good luck for your weight loss journey.
