hi am 22yr old,160cm, 70kg..i was diagnosed for pcod 2yr back,i was insisted 2 take metformin and contraceptive pill,and told 2 reduce weight,but i was able 2 reduce only 2-3 kg,even by strong diet and gym,also after stopping these tablet, i didnt restore get my menses back,plz suggest me for weight reduction...and menses..
