Hi Thanks for using Healthcaremagic Here we have two issues 1.Sub-clinical Hypothyroidism --means the TSH is just above the normal with normal T3 and T4.It is better to have a small dose of thyroxine in this case. You can do an Anti-TPO test to confirm.which will tell you the probability of overt hypothyroidism in the future. Young age group and presence of Goitre(enlarged thyroid) also indicates thyroxine THYROXINE--it is a synthetic form of thyroid hormone ,levothyroxine. It is a very safe drug 2..Raised Uric acid levels are dangerous. It can form precipitates andform crystals .Crystals will be deposited in the small joints cause gouty arthritis or it can form crystals in the kidney (renal or ureteric calculi).Zyloric is allopurinol which reduces the level of Uric acid in the blood.Allopurinol is xanthine oxidase inhibitor which reduces the formation of Uric acid in the blood.100mg is the starting dose which will be increased after seeing the repeat Uric acid values thank you...
