Suggest medicine for bigger left scrotum

hello,im from philippines im 19 y/o i have hydrocele since 9y/o my hrdrocele was gone beacause i undergo teraphy when i was 9 but later when i turn 18..my left scrotum gets bigger..but its painless last,i cant sleep bacause my left scrotum is painfull is theres a medicine for this?

First of all get a proper ultrasonography doe and visit a Surgeon to get a proper diagnosis. There can be an associated infantile sort of a hernia too.
