Hello
300 mg ranitidine (zantac) will heal esophagus ( esophagitis or gastritis or ).
You are having high level of liver enzyme .
One side effect of ranitidine ( zantac ) is that RARELY it causes hepatitis .
Mind it this side effect is rarely so if such situation present then it may elevate liver enzyme ( level).
Swollen lymph glans call as lymphadenitis or lymphodenopathy ,may be due to .,
1 Infection in throat or neck or surrounding area .
2 Tuberculosis is another most common cause of enlargement of lymph nodes .
3 Scalp or hairs infection also causes such enlargement.
In my opinion consult a physician and get his opinion as sometimes a biopsy is taken ( enlarged lymph node) for establishment of diagnosis.
Hope this information will help you.
Good luck.
