Suggest Medications For UTI With Puss Cells 35-40 With Lower Back Pain

I have Urinary track infection last week...

PUS Cells: 35-40 hpf before..

then after taking axetil cefuroxime

PUS Cells: 8-10 hpf after...

do i need to continue the antibiotics?
my right lower back still aching... i do not eat that much this time.. because when i take foods... my right lower back is aching...

pls. doc can u help me with this..

2. WBC is reducing, which indicates sensitivity to antibiotics
3. Also take plenty of water.
