I am a 27 year old female, and I have a sunburn on my lower back for one of the first times in my life... Spent 4 hours in the sun yesterday, I guess I should have put on a second coat of sunscreen...There is no blistering. I've tried vinegar, cloths soaked in iced green tea, regular moisturiser I put in the fridge and I just got glycerin, which at first made my burn hotter, but now seems to have soothed it a bit. Any better recommendations?
