Suggest Medication For Treating Diarrhea

Had a piece of seared rare ahi tuna for dinner 3 hrs ago; developed diarrhea 6x, rapid heartbeat 88-100 (normal 65) splotchy red in lower back; upper body; took two rounds of pepto bismol within last hour. Advice
Male 63, hgt 6' wgt 205, on metroprolol, niaspan, simvistatin, baby aspirin daily

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

It could be due to the diet taken. It may be a food allergic condition, or it may be dyspepsia, it is the self-limiting condition, and no need to worry about this but dehydration would be a matter of concern. If the symptoms long last then you can try probiotic along with tab Metronidazole.
