Suggest Medication For Recurrent Internal Shingles

Hi I have suffered from recurrent internal (head) shingles for 8 months. I am being treated with acyclovir 3 x 800mg and gabapentin 8 x 300mg. I suffer daily from terrible nausea and malaise. I have tried domperidone up to 80mg daily and 50mg cyclizine but with little effect. Can you make any treatment suggestions? Andrea Willett
