Suggest Medication For Migraine Headache And Severe Fatigue

i have experienced headaches most of my life, i am 34 years old. never had sensitivity to light or sound and never had auras . I have never had typical migraine symptoms. i had a episode of lightening type pain down one side of my face at 23 and saw a neurologist who did a mri and it showed multiple lesions on my brain. i was told to follow up due to possible demylinating disease but went into denial, suffered through alot of pain and severe fatigue and never did follow up. at 31 yrs of age i had the same type episode and headaches and started having strange episodes where i had the sensation of ice cold water being splashed on my legs but there never was anything there. i had another mri done which showed more lesions than the one done when i was 23 and it too suggested demylenating disease. i had a lumbar puncture which was negative. then when i was 32 i had a mri that said lesions were consistent with migraine headaches. is it possible to have MS with a negative lumbar puncture as i am once again experiencing new symptoms of demylinating disease. I will have episodes that may last a week to a couple of months at a time. and then be symptom free for months at a time. i am uninsured and i dont know what to do or where to go.
