Suggest Medication For Menstrual Cramps And Breast Pain

Hi, i am 34 yrs and had my first baby 5 yrs ago thru c-section and for the past 3 yrs i've been trying to conceive to no avail. i noticed that i always feel menstrual cramps from my mid cycle and also feel pains in my breast. pls i need your assistance, what could be wrong with me.
