    Suggest medication for menstrual cramps

I have been having what feels like menstral cramps for over a month I have missed oct and jans period! Not knowing if this is one in the same I also have been having a bad pain in right lower abdoman worse when having to go to the bathroom from pushing I have also been feeling pain in my lower back kinda where kidneys are! I have a obgyn apt on Wednesday. I also feel as if iam not have a normal bm not enough for what I eat

Hello ma'am and welcome.

You could reauest for an over-the-counter medication containing the active ingredients Dicyclomine hydrochloride and mefenamic acid.

But please be informed, like all medications normally do, this medication also has its side effects, although minor.
