Suggest Medication For Healing Anaphylaxis Rash While Breastfeeding

Hello I took Fenugreek to increase breast milk, and immediately was covered in anaphylaxis rash from head to toe. Since I m nursing my baby I m scared to take an antihistamine because I do not want it to got through the milk. Note that only took a half dosage of one capsule of Fenugreek and have taken it one before last year without a skin rash reaction. Last time took only half dosage also. Tried Benadryll cream to stop the rash, but the rash has doubled. It is day 3, now and my tounge is swollen, eyes are irritated, and scalp itches. Looks like chicken pox is covering my body, but it is the anaphylaxis rash. Guess it is not fatal because I m alive, though do know my allergies are a bit extreme and I m allergic to Seafood, nuts, beef, pork, celery, and pollen. Also the Fenugreek looks like it is making my baby break out now too, not as bad as me but he is starting to get little bumps on his face, neck, chest, and legs... now he won t stop scratching. How long does an anaphylaxis rash last? What can I take that is a natural safe antihistamine that will not cause a side effect in my baby? Is is safe to do nothing? Will the rash go away if I do not take the Fenugreek again?
