Suggest Medication For Headache,pain In Neck And Jaws

IM constantly getting bad headaches and with that i get neck pain and jaw ache. IM tired all time im eating more. I feel fed up all time im snapping at people and other times i feel like i don't want to talk to anyone and i hate my job so much and im mad because its too hard to get another job and now im ringing in sick alot

I can understand your concern. The headache with neck pain all can be due to tension headache. As you are stressed, having chronic fatigue and tension, it all can give rise to tension headache. Usually, this headache is usually caused by eye muscle spasm but stress acts as precipitating factor.


For relief, you can follow few tips
: Take a break if possible and relax
: Maintain your sleep routine. At least sleep 8 hours daily in one stretch.
: Avoid bright light.
: While working, take intermittent breaks. Close your eyes for 5 minute at least, while working on computer continuously for 1 hour.
: Do exercise daily. It relieves stress.
: You can take painkiller like Diclofenac sodium after proper prescription.
: You can apply painkiller gel like Diclofenac gel over your neck for relief.
