Dermatologist 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Hormonal changes in PCOD can cause pigmentary issues in most of the females. I suggest you apply sunscreen regularly and daily even if you do not step out in the sun. For the face and hands pigmentation, you could get some skin treatments like skin polishing and chemical peels and oxygen facials which will help reduce the pigmentation.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Smruti Pevekar
