Suggest Medication For Chronic Diabetes
dear i m mr deepak dhawan from india suffering from diabetese for last 20 years and on insulin of 30/70 dose is 26units in morning and 22units at night but my sugar levels fluckuates from 300 to 325 now im having diabetic neuropathy also please sugest good treatment Thanks

Hi, I had gone through your query and understood your concerns.
The blood sugar levels you have mentioned are higher to normal. The options left are 1)You need to increase the dose of insulin. You need to add other drugs which help in decreasing blood sugar levels. Discuss regarding this with your treating doctor.
For neuropathy, the drugs you need to try are pregabalin and gabapentin. discuss this with treating doctor.
